The much anticipated ThinkPad X200 Tablet is finally here and is available to buy right now. Let’s face it the tablet format hasn’t exactly taken the market by storm, but if any product can take this form factor mainstream, its Lenovo’s new X200 Tablet.
Finally replacing the square screen 4.3 aspect ratio of the X61 the new ThinkPad X200 Tablet goes wide. Lenovo has had a difficult job on its hands living up to the reputation of the industry leading ThinkPad X61 but we are happy to report that the X200 Tablet has managed to hold the crown of the world’s number one Tablet PC. The Lenovo ThinkPad X200 takes up where the ThinkPad X61 leaves off and is very similar to its much more expensive sibling, the superb ThinkPad X300.
The X200 will not fit into a manila envelope like the super slim ThinkPad X300 does, but it’s performance is better than the X300 and starts $800 cheaper!

If you believe that good things come in small packages, the ThinkPad X200 is just what ThinkPad X Series fans have been waiting for. This is a real powerhouse of an Ultraportable.
(Oh, and guess what, its nearly twice as fast as a Macbook Air according to benchmarks tests. Your over the Apple Barrel again Steve!)
