There Back! After all the pent up anticipation the ThinkPad T510, ThinkPad T410 and the the newly released ThinkPad W510 workstation disappeared from the Lenovo site almost as soon as they had been released. Well, the good news is they are back!

After a quick message to David Churbuck, VP of Global Digital Marketing to say ‘David, where have all the ThinkPads gone/’ no sooner had we asked, and they were back! If that was you David, Thanks!
David told us that ‘in the hierarchy of priority demand, the big global accounts suck up early volumes first’. OK, well thanks for that David, it’s our turn now again. –> Review and Shop for ThinkPad T510 and T410 now <–
But what happened to the Sprint option on these laptops? It seems it has been removed and only AT&T and VZW remain. Guess I won’t be getting a ThinkPad.
My guess is that with the WiMax option – which in the U.S. is provided by Clearwire, a Sprint partnership – Sprint wants to push its 4G technology despite it being available in a limited number of cities.
