ThinkPad Tops ‘Customer Satisfaction’ league

Lenovo, manufacturers of the leading ThinkPad T Series and X Series laptop brands have cleaned up and topped a Windows Laptop Manufacturers ‘Customer Satisfaction’ league table.

Other major manufacturer’s such as Avertec, HP, Compaq and Toshiba hit the bottom 4!

According to a survey in PC World Magazine January 2008 Lenovo made the biggest gains in fact, climbing the ladder in 5 mayor areas, ‘Overall Satisfaction with Reliability’ – ‘Phone Hold Time’ – ‘Average Phone Service Rating’ – ‘Problem was never Resolved’ and, the all important overall ‘Service Experience’.

This is an incredible vindication of Lenovo’s determination to keep the ThinkPad brand, and its flagship models such as the T61 and X series machines right at the top of the customer satisfaction tables. Lenovo are determined to keep those that have been loyal to the brand for years, coming back for more.

We have always said that buying a Laptop is as much about the overall user experience which includes design, usability, genuine engineering innovation and quality of service and support.
